SHOPIFY

Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that powers our online store.

When you place an order or interact with our site, certain personal data (such as your name, email address, delivery details, payment method, and order history) is processed by Shopify in order to: – Fulfil and manage orders – Host and support our website infrastructure – Monitor for fraudulent or abusive activity – Provide performance and usage analytics

SHOPIFY NETWORK INTELLIGENCE

We use Shopify’s ‘Network Intelligence’ feature to detect and prevent fraudulent or malicious activity. This system analyses non-personal technical behaviour (e.g., click speed, cursor movement) across Shopify-powered stores. Collected data is anonymised and not linked to personal identifiers. It’s used solely to enhance platform security and fraud prevention. Data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful safeguards.

How we store your personal information

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
