Shipping Policy

At Solid Surfaces HOLZ, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders efficiently and transparently. This policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, available delivery options, applicable charges, and how to arrange collections.

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same business day if placed at least one hour before the close of business.

Orders received after this cut-off will be dispatched no later than the end of the next business day.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to provide an updated lead time or alternative option.

We will deliver all goods without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days of the order confirmation, in accordance with UK consumer protection law.

  1. Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)

Our standard delivery service typically takes 2 business days from the point of dispatch.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order details (including size, weight, and delivery location). You will have the opportunity to review and approve all charges before completing your purchase.

This service applies to UK mainland deliveries only. If you require delivery outside the UK mainland (e.g. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man), please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and lead times.

  1. Expedited Delivery (On Request)

We offer an expedited delivery service on request. This is subject to availability and will be quoted based on the size, weight, destination, and urgency of your order.

Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order if you wish to arrange an expedited delivery.

  1. Warehouse Collection

You may collect your order directly from our Southampton warehouse by prior arrangement.

Please contact us in advance to confirm a collection time. Full collection details, including address and contact information, will be provided in your order confirmation.
